Pathway to Prosperity

Pathway to Prosperity is the newest initiative of the East Athens Development Corporation (EADC).  This housing counseling and financial education program is designed to help low-to-moderate income residents improve their financial situations.  Services include HUD-approved one-on-one housing counseling, homebuyer education classes, and housing & financial literacy workshops.  A range of topics are covered including budgeting, debt management, credit repair, savings strategies and more – all designed to help families manage their finances more effectively.
