The East Athens Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “EADC”) places a high priority on protecting your privacy. This privacy policy was created in order to demonstrate EADC’s firm commitment to the privacy of our clients and website users. What Personally Identifiable Information is Collected & How Your Information May Be Used
EADC clients and individuals who register to receive EADC communications voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name, e-mail address, etc). We may use this information for specific, limited purposes. You may always "opt out," either now or at any time in the future, if you do not wish to receive our message.

EADC clients who submit intake forms, registration forms, applications and/or other personal and financial forms are protected by the Privacy Act.  All information you provide is confidential.  It may be used to report to our funders, many of whom require that we serve specific populations.  Without information about the people we serve, we would not meet our reporting criteria and could lose access to funding. EADC will not release information about you to other third parties unless you specifically request us to do so.  We will follow strict rules to protect your confidentiality. The personal data collected, such as your name and address, are protected by the Privacy Act. You will never be named in any reports. Although your responses may be looked at individually to collect and analyze the data, your name will not be associated with any analysis of the data. Only results from groups of people will be reported.

EADC does not provide, sell, or rent email addresses to anyone outside of the organization.
